​DELIVERY AND PAYMENT METHODS:

​​ Delivery time:

Prints are made to order in the printing house I cooperate with. Delivery time is 5 working days, then shipping by courier from Poland.
Delivery time within the EU is 2-3 working days. Delivery time for the rest of the world depends on the country and distance. In the case of countries more distant from Poland, it can be up to 2 weeks. A tracking number will be provided after placing the order.

International shipping:
We ship anywhere in the world with minimal shipping costs even for the largest framed prints.
If you don't see your country listed when placing your order, please contact me.

 

Delivery options:
Depending on the destination country, parcels are delivered by DHL or FedEx.

 

Shipping costs and options:

Shipping within Poland costs PLN 15. International shipping is also possible - the cost depends on the country of delivery. Progress according to the finalization procedure, and the price of international shipping will be provided at the final stage of placing the order.

 

Packaging and protection:

Each print is carefully packed in a protective tube or flat packaging to ensure safety during transport.

Order Tracking:
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.


Damage and Claims:
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the shipment by sending photos of the damage to my email address: fotomarkowicz@gmail.com

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

In accordance with applicable law, prints sold in my store are made to order, which means they cannot be returned or exchanged if they are as ordered.

Exceptions - Complaints:
If the product arrives damaged or does not match the order specifications, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the package, sending photos of the damage to my email address: fotomarkowicz@gmail.com. In such cases, a reprint or refund is possible. The complaint will be considered within 14 working days.
