Each print is made to order, so please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
Shipping and packaging:
Your order is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition. Details can be found in the delivery and returns tab.
Complaints:
If the product arrives damaged or does not match the order specifications, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the package by sending photos of the damage to my email address: fotomarkowicz@gmail.com. In such cases, it is possible to reprint or refund the funds.
The complaint will be considered within 14 working days. If defects are found that occurred independently of the buyer, they will receive a full refund or the possibility of exchanging for a new product.
Please open the packages in the presence of the courier in order to draw up a possible complaint protocol if the product was damaged during transport.
